About the Role

We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for developing a core performance measurement tool, — including benchmarking to measure effectiveness and efficiency of Malimaja programs. The individual will also be responsible for researching the appropriate metrics to include, developing the tool and supporting data collection policies. Other duties include:

Identifying potential constructs that can be leveraged to develop the tool
Proposing, designing, and conducting quantitative pilot studies to determine impact of various factors on training outcomes
Interpreting data and communicate technical information (e.g., results, recommendations) to non-technical and senior-level audiences
Designing and leading performance measurement capacity building activities, including developing and delivering training modules and job aids

About You – Requirements

Minimum of 3 years training evaluation experience OR 3 years of experience plus MS/MA (or higher) with significant quantitative focus in fields such as industrial/organizational psychology, public policy, public administration, educational psychology, applied mathematics, statistics, or applied linguistics
Experience to apply the theories, principles, methods, and practices of evaluation for the purpose of measuring effectiveness of training programs, using a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research design approaches
Proven expertise implementing reliable and innovative methods to measure training effectiveness
Demonstrated experience in the creation of tools, templates, evaluation instruments and use of reference materials to support assessment development
