I was reading a few discussion boards today and one was a specific request for a CMO for hire. I found the topic intriguing and wondered if there really is a market for this. Have others considered contracting out you chief marketing roles and if so, why?

There are plenty of models out there to create efficiency, this one was just new to me. Please share thoughts.
